NAIFA-Ohio has selected Daniel Brookman as the 2021 Young Advisor Team (YAT) Leader of the Year recipient. The NAIFA-Ohio YAT Leader of the year award recognizes an advisor’s commitment to NAIFA including service on local and state and committees as well as involvement with state and/or federal legislative efforts; participation in external service work such as charities; and an ability to inspire others.

This award is not associated with the YAT Leader of the Year Award that is presented at the national level. Nominations for the NAIFA National YAT Leader of the Year Award open each year during the "I Love NAIFA Month".

Daniel is an agent specializing in life, annuities, long term care, and disability insurance. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. Daniel joined Stolly Insurance in October 2016 after having spent the majority of his insurance career with New York Life. He is the 2022 Board President of NAIFA-Columbus, a local chapter of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and is the current Chair of his local Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Board. He is an active member in his church and enjoys volunteering his time to charitable causes in the community. Daniel and his wife Rachel are married and have a daughter together. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
